Ladies, listen up. This lecture by Sheryl Sandberg leads a TED Talk about why we have too few women leaders. I'm a big fan of Sheryl Sandberg - she's been writing columns and blurbs in Cosmopolitan for the last few issues, is the COO for Facebook, and has written Lean In, a book I really want to read.
